Auto-fill works from your shift plan and respects rest between shifts, one shift a day, contracted hours and approved leave.

Checks rest between shifts

If a late close is followed by an early open, Rosta flags it before the week goes out.

Sorts leave and sick notes

Staff ask for leave and add sick notes from their phone. Managers approve in one place, and the roster keeps up.

Checks bank detail changes

When someone changes their bank account, the new details wait for a manager's check before they are used.

Security and privacy

How your data is handled

Sign-in codes by email
No passwords to remember or reuse. Each sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email.
Authenticator app for owners and managers
People who can see pay, bank details and staff files also confirm each session with an authenticator app.
Each business only sees its own data
The separation is enforced by rules in the database itself, not only by the app's screens.
Files in private storage
Sick notes and documents are kept in private storage and open through short-lived links.
Hosted in London
The database and files are kept in a London data centre, in our provider's Europe region.
